Any Driver who volunteers to work on Boxing will not be balloted. Otherwise it would be a bit ridiculous for a senior Driver to lose a days money going on strike when they could just have had the day off with pay! How the RMT will go about just balloting the ones who don't want, to work I am not sure how, I assume they would have to let the RMT head office know.
