The few that do are either taking severance (which is a greedy and selfish action) or like recent strikes are on 12 month contract and so are too scared to strike despite our assurances (which you can understand). I agree no need for needless strikes but management have tried to push night tube through relentless like they have done with ticket office closures and by all unions working together it seems they have least stalled in their tracks. Management want you (ASLEF) on board then they can flood stations with admin and managers to break the resolve of the other unions. On our group alone which has nearly 180 station staff there are probably about a dozen of the same old suspects and believe me they do not get any favours from any colleagues when they do so.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6704342683198287523.post-69469536169373081022015-08-19T08:03:50.053+01:002015-08-19T08:03:50.053+01:00Night Tube rosters will not be imposed - that'...Night Tube rosters will not be imposed - that's the company's position.

Whilst they may not have officially put back NT if rosters aren't being imposed there's no way staff will be working them.

My guess is that the RMT reps meeting will suddenly announce a miraculous breakthrough that allows next week's strikes to be suspended - that breakthrough.....that NT rosters won't be imposed exactly what ASLEF have been saying for the last week.
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6704342683198287523.post-71947715386979756432015-08-19T07:30:25.042+01:002015-08-19T07:30:25.042+01:00I was not aware as a Driver that station staff hav...I was not aware as a Driver that station staff have been coming in during the last couple of strikes.
