    The alcohol ban may be the least enforced law I've ever seen. the typical exchange I have with drinkers go something like

    "Excuse me Sir, it's actually illegal to drink on the underground?

    "Fuck Off!"

    "Yes Sir, enjoy your evening".

    Doesn't work since the ban really.
